  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

  • Our Women’s Behavioral Medicine division offers an eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program to help women navigate daily stressors and meet life’s challenges.

    Significant others are invited to attend the program.

    The program consists of:

    • An orientation prior to the start
      of the program
    • Weekly classes – one night
      per week for 8 weeks
    • Saturday retreat

    The cost of the program is $350.
