Can Lifestyle Changes Improve Menopause Symptoms?

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program 

The Women's Medicine Collaborative offers a mindfulness-based stress reduction program designed to help participants navigate daily stressors - such as work- related stress, insomnia, chronic worry and anxiety, chronic illness and pain, and caregiver stress - and achieve greater control and balance in their everyday lives.

This program begins with an orientation followed by six weekly classes; and includes a half-day retreat.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Orientation - Wednesday, April 24, 6:30 p.m.

  • Weekly classes - Wednesday, May 1, through Wednesday, June 19, 6:30-8:30 p.m.  

  • Saturday retreat - Saturday, June 8, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Free parking is available
